Returns

We accept returns only if:

- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- A return request is made within 3 days of delivery.

- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

- Change of mind

- Color variation due to screen/display settings

- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will provide a replacement subject to product availability.
